- Unlimited group Strength & Conditioning and Run N’ Gun classes. Do two classes in one day if you can! Each session consists of (1) hour of exercise aimed to improve muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, and flexibility while building lean muscle and eliminating fat.
